What benefits can you expect from this program?

These are particularly challenging times for everyone, but particularly for your frontline staff members. The stress and emotional overload can take a significant and long-term toll on physical and mental health, focus and engagement.

Coaching can have a strong positive impact on a number of factors, such as:

  • resilience
  • stress management and decreased risk of burnout
  • emotional agility
  • energy boost
  • improved balance and well-being
  • collaboration
  • creative problem solving
  • sense of engagement and motivation.

At an organizational level, coaching can also help reduce stress-related absenteeism, turnover, and boost individual and collective productivity.

Coaching doesn’t replace therapy and can be complementary; it focuses on visioning, success, the present, and moving into the future. Therapy emphasizes psychopathology, emotions, and the past in order to understand the present. It often dives into deep-seated emotional issues to work on personal healing or trauma recovery.
